Thanks to its great location the apartment offers a huge variety of free-time activities. Within a few minutes our guests can go to the city center or the famous Prater with its giant ferris wheel. The recreation area invites you to go on long walks or jogging.

The Danube channel (jogging, biking, excursion boats) can be found almost in front of the front door! The fair ground can be reached on foot or by car very fast and conveninetly. 1st district can also be reached after 4 tram stops in about 3 minutes.

In the close vicinty you will find everything for your daily needs: banks, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, laundrettes, gas stations, playground, restaurants and cafes, etc.
